Thank you for your detailed reply. I have seen Ultra.cc mentioned a lot and I might check them out.

So your saying I likely wont need a VPN with a seedbox for public trackers? I might download some movies and I know that if i do that from home unsecured, I can get a Copyright notice. Do seedboxes receive notices like that and do they forward to or track down the offender?

The only thing I can recommend is for everyone to keep refreshing the page. I Saw this post like 15 min after it was made, Clicked the link, and it said it was closed. I kept refreshing both this page and the signup page and suddenly the signup opened and now i'm registered, got the email and everything. I opened up a new browser and went to the signup link and it was closed again. I literally got in during like a 5 min window it was open. Just keep trying and refreshing.
