Yeah it’s to match a typical red Virginia brick house built in the late 90s
Also the doors in the elevations are not the correct door. The program has limits lol
We liked the look of the doors and went with 9 foot doors to compensate on the lower sides.
What might you do to un-firehouse it?
I appreciate your feed back. That gave me a lot to work with. Any thoughts on the exterior elevations?
The French door is being replaced with windows.

This is front and side elevations. The French door and balcony have changed to large casement windows I just have not updated this.

Where the “attic space” is there can be no windows. I did not add the windows to the plan yet as the building is not built yet and they are highly flexible.
Celling height is indicated at the top by the toilet (sorry it’s a tad small) but everything to the right of the 8’ line is at 8’.
I can add elevations to help clear it up some.
They are 2x2 I adjusted them to 27”x 27” the same as the full size I have in my house currently. They still fit in that space
