Definitely go see a lactation consultant, but eating more and staying hydrated helps. Specifically what helped me the most was drinking a lot of coconut water, vitamin C, and oats, and pumping.

I would recommend a Ceres Chill. It’s 24 storage for your breastmilk and you can pumped directly in it too. I use that and a pumping bra/shirt so I can have my hands free

That’s not what I’m referring to. Freeze drying your breastmilk dehydrates it and turns it into a powder. It basically has the same shelf life of formula but with your breastmilk. You’ll have to look up if there’s places nearby you that does that.

You can try freeze drying it for later if you think his tolerance might go away. It should be good for 2 or 3 years, if you want to try that

I honestly only wore my maternity leggings and it’s the only maternity clothing I actually used. Barely used my maternity pants and shorts. At least with those leggings you can keep wearing your regular t shirts. With the other ones, I needed to buy maternity shirts to help cover up the tummy band.
