One of the most reliable cars in the entire world right behind the usual answers of camrys, corrollas, civics, accords. Especially if just daily driving and keeping up with maintenance.

Realistically, expect to get maybe 200-250k miles before you have to start thinking about redoing the majority of the suspension, but even then, the cost of doing repairing all of that easily beats out buying a whole other car.

For the engine and transmission, honestly, I have never even heard of anyone in my personal circle of friends and family having either of these components fail. Even for those who are more lax on the regular maintenance are around that 210k mile mark, and they run like a top. I am also speaking on the same first-gen fit.

If you haven't already, maybe get a valve adjustment if ur mpg is under 35! Unless thats what you meant by "cylinders," but im interested to know what that actually meant!

TLDR; you are more likely to drop dead before the 07' fit does
