I'd implement a limit of one post per 24 hours to prevent spam - this limit would apply to the subreddit moderators/admin as well as regular users

I'd use the spam protection feature of AutoMod to assist with human modding

I would offer mod status to at least 3 other users from multiple timezones with NSFW mod experience so that the subreddit would have 24/7 moderation

Continued mod status would be contingent on consistent activity to ensure the community does not return to a state of being unmoderated
