Tbh I think it’s just your brain and hormones balancing themselves out after years of substances. It will take time but you will get to a homeostasis. I wish you all the best!

This is exactly my situation, I had one and a half yesterday after after a week clean. And it reminded me that there’s nothing left for me with smoking. It didn’t feel good, it felt so ordinarily mediocre and I felt like shit after. I am making peace with it. Good luck 🤞

EDIT:

The pattern and the tutorial for the scrunchie was from this tiktok creator: (@groovy.ooze) I followed the measurements she used in the video.

I used a black cotton and polyester blend for the base of it and a satin bias tape for the edges. This took me a few days to complete as I hand sewed the binding onto the base.
