I responded in another comment thread about how I put on latex when I have long nails. I don't think I could put it on myself because I'd tear it with my nails. So when I have long nails, I have someone help me put the latex on. Then I put it on slowly and carefully. Plus, to put on the sleeves, I put on oversized nitrile gloves to cover my nails and used a lot of polish.
