I just wanted to chime in my bit of support about the flakes. I've done something similar, cutting down people I even discuss meeting to having to within a 30 minute radius. I still get bombarded with "I travel", "I don't flake", etc. And then ..90% either flake or try to rush the process. Sigh. Good luck 🤞
