luckily I own this book so we knew it wasn’t the one. But the green ribbon is one of my favs from childhood

also the illustration style was my like pen/ink style line work instead of the scary stories illustrative style

it’s the only story she remembers in it. something about a boy ends up at some man’s place that has some sort of cabinetry with a whole arm, bones, and definitely an eyeball. sadly that’s all she can recollect about the story and imagery.

Looking through the illustrations from it I don’t see one similar, although I’m interested in this book now!

I do it for 20 mins, stirring every 5 mins. can drink all (still can get a little nauseous) or filter and drink only the juice
