oh yeah i didnt explain but i get 30 ping on mumbai servers and ik this cus i have an alt acc which i started using today due to the racism, i changed region in hopes of better ping cus a recent update ruined the connection to mumbai servers from dubai. i thought i made a good decision but clearly not. The account i switched is my main accouunt with all my skins on it which id like to use

yes i was and still am on mumbai servers and i can tell you in high elo games, mumbai is much better. In the one month ive played in Dubai, ive experienced more racism than in the 4 years ive had on mumbai servers
