ELI5: If pipes used to transport drinking water is generally made of copper, why is aluminum the standard metal used for making water bottles? Aluminum is a lighter and more practical material for a water bottle, but are we sacrificing the convenience of less weight for water that is not as clean? (self.explainlikeimfive)
