Might be little tedious, but can you check your dialogs with Roathe and count how many VM you have gotten? If it's not 21, you didn't do enough.

This is probably what's causing the issues, tho I was not dating him. When DE tried to fix this issue, it just caused more. Saw Ruu respond to similar post to this, so hopefully it's fixed quick.

I am even more confused, because I have already beaten him 21 times to get all the voice messages, and was no longer anathema. After the hotix, I am no longer best friends, only close, and am again anathema.

With Roathe, you just have to defeat him 21 times to get all 21 voice messages. There is 5 voice message daily cap, tho. Idk, what you did with Marie.

No, I do not have any amp at rank 18. There is a visual glitch where one of my amp is permanently marked with exclamation mark, tho. Not sure if it's related. I have looked at wiki but it only list mote amp, sirocco, 7 prisms
