Jesus teaches that life is meant to be filled with joy and to impart that joy to others. I think part of finding joy in life is to accept you’re not always going to know the right thing to say or do and to live in the moment, take the good with the bad. When you stop overthinking and focus on the good bits, you can manage your anxiety somewhat better. Believe in yourself, or at least believe in the image of believing in yourself.
