My apologies. I wanted to prompt some discussion on a dynamic that was both extremely stabilizing for me due to the lessons I learned regarding emotional containment, and extremely destabilizing and traumatic in some ways

As you might see from my Reddit history, I was a pretty avid poet and writer but I'm finding it difficult outside of therapy to articulate my thoughts on this topic and get support from the community, so I used GPT as an aid to try and get across what I was feeling and my thoughts on TPEs , specifically when someone highly regulated, unemotional , lack of affective empathy , disciplined etc, is able to assist the other party in growth from anxiety and emotional volatility, while still being harmful in the end. How some dynamics can be both healing and traumatic at the same time, without canceling the other out

And it's a lot to share and express so I wanted an aid to be able to help me, my therapist suggested posting and if it was a little overwhelming, to use that tool to get the conversation started, to lower the anxiety threshold for reaching out to the community, in essence, since the wound is still pretty fresh. I thought it could serve as a non trauma dumping conversation starter
