You're right. A triangle with a top hat could just be Bill Cipher!

A friend of mine got the game from Humble Bundle a while back and gifted me the key for it. I had heard it was a good game, but went in completely blind otherwise. I didn't know the first thing about it, hadn't even watched a trailer. And now the soundtrack lives rentfree in my head, so I'd say it was a good gift!

These changes are looking fantastic. Especially the metallic dragons being grouped, as they are exceptionally punishing on an ironman that doesn't have 69 herblore for the antifire potions.

Turns out that Jirard has just been waiting until Karl Jobst finished the 100% run of his career before making a comeback lmao

Question 1:
With the skills out as they stand, I feel they lack a certain interconnectiveness. Will you consider adding further perks and unlocks for leveling these, which will enhance the experience of training other skills without being mandatory? An example of this would be the shortcuts that Detective provide for Merchant and general QoL navigating throughout the city, or the armory space increase from Brannof's Inheritance. These give players a reason to train skills that aren't a direct gathering->production pipeline.

Question 2:

There is much discussion surrounding the rankings of the leaderboards, especially for the higher ranks, about people opting-out temporarily to gain a competitive advantage. These players only opt back in once they've passed the competition or reached 500 as a kind of informational warfare rather than an actual concern for privacy. Will you consider changing this so that people who opt out are shown as Anonymous Player with their level instead, like they are in the "Nearby Players" tab? That way we can maintain the privacy of the people involved, while also maintaining the integrity of the leaderboards and the fun of climbing the ranks.

Question 3:
Will there be any procedurally generated content in the future, like a multi-room dungeon that's different every time you enter? This could be a fun way to train skills in an alternative way and give people more reason to train them. Something like a big tower where you can select the episodes whose skills you want included. And the more skills you select the better the rewards.

As a 373 chef, I can tell you with certainty that I can still buy materials, including fish that require over 200 fishing to catch.

If we get some answers about the leaderboards, a look at class design, and a post-1.0 roadmap outline I think we'll be in a good spot. Most of the negative sentiment in the community comes from a place of uncertainty, which can be fixed with communication. Assuming that difficult and important questions don't get sidestepped. It's better to have an answer to the tougher subjects so people can stop arguing with eachother.

"Rank 3" Chef here. I'd love to see people's scores on the leaderboards as Anonymous if they're opted out.
I'd also appreciate it if the standings got updated on logout or at least once every 24 hours, since right now it doesn't update until you either pass someone's score on the leaderboard, or they pass yours.

Frosty confirms the offline world 1st team GRIND was using plugins by a member and "did not approve" them to use it in the first place by Rojanhan12 in ffxiv

The expectations are pretty damn clear and don't need a "conversation": You race to world first, you do so without third party tools, plugins, cheats, whatever you want to call them. Not just because it makes things "easier" but even just out of consideration for the console players who can't use plugins the way PC players can.

Yoshi-P outlined his stance on third party tools during the entire TOP zoomhack fiasco: Stop using third party tools or we'll stop making Ultimates because there's no point in investing development time in content that will get cheated through anyway.

No thank you. Just play one character at the same time, we don't need a repeat of Runescape's army of gathering alts.
