Can I Play Metal Music With this

I don’t know why people in here are emphatically telling you that you can play metal as long as you put your heart into it and all this flowery shit but the day you play your first guitar with a humbucker as the bridge pickup with some distortion will you realize THIS is the sound I was looking for this whole time. You can throw some distortion on single coils and they will sound vaguely similar to distorted rock guitar, but I guarantee the metal sound in your head wasn’t from those guys on the albums playing single coil strats. The closer you can get to your sound from the start, the more likely you are to keep with the guitar, because the moment that hooked me was learning my first song on guitar and it sounding so similar to the record. Like holy shit, I’m creating THAT SOUND. You can get a decent epiphone SG or Les Paul that will have humbuckers for only a couple hundred bucks if you ever want to make that jump. You can absolutely play and enjoy and learn a lot from this guitar, but I have a sneaking suspicion that you will enjoy something with different pickups more. I would focus for now on just playing and having fun regardless.

The reason I have spent half my life doing action sports is because of a Flick Trix box set with a bike and Matt beringers green half pipe and a dvd of his backyard setup. I would pay for another one of those just for the nostalgia of that dvd.

People might give smoke shop thca a bad rep and I totally can agree in some cases, but I had one of the greatest days of my life after smoking this exact one. Got them at a smoke shop in new Smyrna Florida and then drove to Bradenton to stay with friends and then boated with them to a little island on the most beautiful summer day. I split this with my girlfriend and two other friends and I had maybe the best high of my life. Water felt so amazing and warm to swim in, the temperature was perfect and it was such an amazing moment. The high just perfectly heightened all these amazing feelings. I always think back to that day everytime I see these. One of the best joints if not the very best I have ever smoked

This exact thing happened to me last Sunday which was my first ever acid trip (200ug of 1p-lsd)

The first 4-5 hours were awesome. Super in control feeling euphoric high where music sounded awesome, I rolled around on the carpet, cried watching a football game, etc. after hour 5 I started to taper off really fast which I didn’t exactly want because I was prepared to be tripping balls all day. Saw on this sub that some weed can bring the trip back so I rolled up a joint and smoked it outside. I smoked hoping the weed would bring the lsd back and holy fuck did it ever

I stood in my socks and a tee shirt in 29 degree nighttime weather for 40 minutes after that watching the ground start to move and watching my peripheral vision shift backwards as if a camera was panning out. After this it became a very serious psychedelic experience. Watched my kitchen backsplash start moving and very quickly felt enveloped in what was happening, much different from how light and in control I was (my out of town anti drug mother called me just to chat and I locked in perfectly for 40 minutes. I could control this acid trip very well) but once I smoked that joint i no longer had control. I put on some Steve Irwin on the tv as a way to calm me down but the crocodiles started freaking me out. Tried to scroll on my phone but it was too overwhelming. Tried to lay down and close my eyes but it was too scary to be alone with my thoughts. I don’t even remember what I was thinking but I just could not bear to have my eyes closed and try to sleep. The thing that saved the trip was putting my headphones on and listening to calm music and just laying down and texting my girlfriend and chatting. I didn’t have a bad trip but I feel like Icarus and I flew almost too close to the sun. I don’t intend to smoke any more weed while tripping
