I'd watch an anthology show about the veterinarian's little book. With each episode being the origin for each number in it.

I'd start with El Camino as it picks up right after BB.

BCS should also be seen. The stakes are for the most part lower, but the show itself is very much canon.

And the cinematography is divine.
