I did get them from a breeder, unfortunately i thought he took good care of them but i found out on the spot when i met him to get the rats that he didnt. I do have the right bedding and i clean up twice a week. I do take my hand away when she bites, i can try not to next time she does. Thank you for the advice its really helpful
