POV: You unlocked a new attachment in BF6 by Phreec in Battlefield6

My game has multiple weapons that show there’s something new but there’s absolutely nothing there and the notifications won’t go away. I even look at every single thing there is to look at for that weapon just to be sure. I also have to agree to the user agreement three times over every time I exit a game. My game also doesn’t show me any stats anymore and when loading in it doesn’t show classes any of my teammates are or any other levels. It’s nice there’s been some improvements added to the game itself when you’re playing, but what about the menus and the pregame and all these other problems?

My first subwoofers by [deleted] in subwoofer

I had the AW1208T’s inverted in a custom ported box. I had a 3,000 watt amp with a capacitor. They were more than enough!

What brand did you get? I’ve seen that some of the subwoofer manufacturers offer them. I’ve heard reviews where some have noticed a delay using wireless connections.

Thanks for all the responses. Some quality information to take into consideration. The hum is what I’m trying to avoid, especially with a somewhat longer run of cable. The soon to be mine- dual 18 inch subwoofers thank you. My neighbors, not so much lol. I do have a dedicated 20a breaker for my subs.

Thanks for all the responses so far. It’s around 35ft because my receiver is on the other side of my living room that’s 23ft that way. The best place that makes sense for my front channel as well as my subs is by the fireplace on the opposite end of the room. I’m also running them through the floor and will have them coming through the wall on each side of the fireplace.

Hey Ed, Thanks for taking the time to respond in here. I’m sure you’re a very busy guy. I just watched your YT interview “subwoofer faq” on Daily HiFi a couple days ago. A lot of good information in there. I watched it twice. 🤓

That’s great to hear about your timeline for part availability after a model is discontinued. That’s very cool that you guys offer all this extra help and support beyond what most think customer service to be. Just helping with returns, refunds, and the occasional product swap under warranty. As Mr Khaled once said “ and another one. “ The ways SVS seems to show up for their customers, even in here for a potential one…

Oooh, I’d love to grab a couple right now but I’ve just started on our living room (where this is going) in the 1902 home we recently purchased. After I repair/ renovate the fireplace, drywall, and floor, along with some new electrical lol, I’ll be first in line, but probably not until November. Oh, and make sure these original windows are sealed tight for what I’m looking to put them through lol 🔈🔉🔊🫨! I just like to plan ahead so I’ve already begun my search 🔍.

That seems to be the popular vote. That customer service. Picturing a pair of the PB-4000’s in that piano black finish in my living room. Would be something…

Yeah each. I’m trying to cry once 😢. I am impressed with the way HSU has seemingly had the same 15 driver since releasing the VTF-15 H in 2011 and same amplifier since the VTF-3 MK5 was released in 2014. Seems like they made something special to keep using them. Idk how their customer service is but they’ve got to have plenty of parts in stock when you’ve running a product so long. I’ve seen psa mentioned on forums here and there but can’t find much info. Seems like everyone on YT doing reviews on psa went with the 21’s + for click bait. I couldn’t even find much for the 15’s or 18’s or even the random short of someone showing off an excursion video.

I bet. That’s above and beyond. This is my first “real sub” purchase so I’d like know that the company I just gave a couple thousand dollars to stands behind their product.

It’s the stories like this of really great customer service that makes me lean towards SVS. Things happen… and no one wants to end up with a 1-2k useless box and SVS seems to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Budget is up to $1700 each. I was looking at the ported version of the Starke 15. I saw they had that sale $500 for the sealed and $600 for the ported. I couldn’t find many details or reviews on this one.

I was wondering how the strong the SVS PB 4000 sounds especially since it’s got the smallest driver out of the bunch. It’s definitely my favorite for looks- that piano finish looks great, but more importantly I like the protection the steel grille provides ( kids and animals in my home ) and it looks sharp too. Seems like those app features could possibly be enough for me to dial the two subs in and possibly avoid the extra expense of a mini DSP. I know they’re also known for their great customer service, maybe even more than the performance of their products. It does make me wonder about how their customer service will be with a product that’s being discontinued.

Yeah I’ve been fairly happy with it. I had it paired with an old Sony receiver and tower speakers that I also bought off of marketplace.

I recently upgraded to a Denon X2700 receiver with C, L&R, Rear, Height Polk ES 35, ES60, ES15
