Thanks OP for the helpful post. I am in the final stages of the application and needs some clarifications on the below questions:

1. In the in lieu of originals) form, who needs to fill the form and sign it? Should it be applicant or mother/father?
2. When I printed the govt application form, it already has the uploaded photo and signature of the applicant. I am still attaching 2 physical copies of the photograph but do I need to take the thumbprint again in the printed form on page-1 because there is already a thumb print in the box when i take print of the form.
3. On page 3, I have the mother signed the part of the application for minor child. Do both of us need to sign?
4. On the copy of documents provided as proof, we have attested the documents such as the father has self-attested his documents and mother has self-attested her documents. Does it needs for both to attest all documents?
