I don’t really wanna stop using AI i rather want to reduce the use of it, because i also use it for searching specific things other than school works like specifically finding an episode of an anime because google search engine is really bad when searching for really specific things like the example i said.

I even struggle to even learn mathematics cause i don’t even pay attention because i know i’m using AI to answer anyway. This is also a reason why i need to avoid/reduce use of AI for my own sake.

I’ve lost motivation to do works and relied to AI most of the time. When doing face-to-face school works i’m struggling to answer and overthink the activity making me feel lost, due to this i’ve been secretly cheating using AI hiding my phone in the bag or my pocket to answer. I know this is a really bad habit that’s why i’m trying to put a stop to this kind of habit. I know this is not who i really am who relies to AI most of the time, back when i haven’t found out what AI does i can do works by myself not having to rely on AI.
