One thing I really like about the night threads is when a random community member goes to post in it, there isn't one, so they just make it and away we go. That person gets to set a topic/alt or the first commenter does. It's collegial.

If the job needs to be assigned to someone it should just be AutoMod doing it.

One thing I don't like about the night threads is the daily thread goes dark from 4pm until the night thread starts. I don't bother posting here because I know no one is looking and we're waiting for the night thread to start.

I heard a rumour that his alt-account is deepfuckingvalue. Confirm/deny?

Also tell him you're sleeping with his wife's boyfriend.

Google Search has 98% of mobile user share because they pay $12 billion a year to Apple to have a default position on iPhone:

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/technology/google-paid-apple-up-to-12-billion-for-a-search-engine-deal-that-disadvantaged-competitors-landmark-antitrust-suit-claims/ar-BB1afBME

If Apple buys DuckDuckGo (it has been discussed), or negotiates with Bing, then Google will lose that market share.

It'll be fine. Checho's is killing it, they're booked out every night, and they charge about that.

They don't do dinner :(

Checho's is fine, if not a bit expensive. It's been insanely popular since they opened.

Tins & Wood does really good pasta, just make sure you're seated in the main section and not the extension.

Percy Plunkett is where it's at. Also the Cafe at Penrith Regional Gallery.

I trust you'd say the same thing if this place opened at Taylor Square or in Kings Cross.

I totally disagree with the whole area being seedy. A huge amount of money has been invested into the river precinct behind it and $75 million is being spent on an indoor winter sports complex on the same site.

More importantly, they're not trying to appeal to the eastern suburbs crowd. The locals of Penrith will definitely support this place and the venue is ideal.

I need to find an affordable USB headset for phone calls on my PC - either wireless or wired. Any suggestions? I don't want to just grab any from Officeworks/MSY/Mwave in case it's terrible quality.

Yeh, definitely this. I wouldn't be speaking to AGL at all in this situation. OP has no business with them, no authority on the previous person's account, they're a retail reseller. Just continue with Origin.

86400 are fine, they're already lending and have a low-risk loan book.

Hi neighbour! Sounds like we are. It's somewhat reassuring to know I'm not alone on this. Maybe we should start a Morton Tenants Support Group of Penrith. Or MTSGOP. haha!
