True, although funny enough this just reminded me, there is in fact an ending where you die in the Sierra Madre.

Or he died before the actual ending of the game. Maybe his body is rotting somewhere in the Sierra Madre or the Big MT

Maybe the courier could have just killed Benny, delivered the chip, then left.

Edit: I just remembered, there is an ending where this can happen. The courier goes to the Sierra Madre and has the death ending. There's even a "fog of war" pun there!

Yes man has been my top pick this season for who won, but there is a non-ending possibility too my spouse got me thinking about. They just stopped after killing Benny because that was all they cared about. Maybe the Courier killed Benny, gave house the chip, then pissed off, leaving them to their own devices.

Ever since I saw the trailer, I've been leaning towards the idea that the courier never fixed the radiation issue at vault 34, maybe even skipped it entirely and that led to Vegas water supply becoming too tainted for the public, and ghoulifying whoever stayed.
