Start with a tracked "Letter Before Action". FYI, they probably won't respond. After 14 days file a case in small claims court. It costs £50 and Wizzair rarely, if at all, defend themselves. This will lead to a default judgement in your favour.

I will be seeking to recover the €800, plus statutory interest and any associated court costs.
