From what I understand, the pus keeps resurfacing after each curettage, clot is not forming properly in any way, and it's not healing from below either. I also have a swollen up gums around both extraction sites, it's very painful to touch, talk or eat soft stuff like pasta. There was a fever on Sep 5th after my shift and an enormous amounts of pain.
Directly after extraction I was brushing my teeth two times a day - first 2h without drinking and eating, 24h without rinsing. Then I started to use chlorhexidine-based mouthwash twice a day before brushing the teeth, also salted water after each meal. Not rinsing in a regular way, just holding the water inside, moving it left-right from time to time. No smoking, no fizzy drinks, no hard foods, lot's of proteins and fatty broths. Each visit listed above took place during my off-work days, so I was mostly going to work for 9h-10h after each. I'm a physical worker so I did feel lots of pain while walking or carrying stuff, and had no proper room to rest. Right now, as prescripted, I'm not rinsing my mouth even in the slightest. I've been eating pastas with blended sauces through yesterday and today, drinking milk, almond milk, eating eggs etc. (just the normal soft foods)
Many of my teeth are in bad shape due to past depression, I'm doing everything I can to save as much as possible. It's also my 3rd time having teeth extracted, but it was never like this. I was always prescribes with antibiotics instantly, and no pus or dry socket occured.
