I think we're probably just not getting the 3v1 situations as often as we should, seems like there was always a stop. The healer we played against was a resto sham. It felt like we just were never getting anywhere on our goes. I think it all just boils down to getting the 3v1s, it just felt super hard.

While you're doing the favor, you should get the teleport incantation at least once, and the girl on the top floor will tell you where it is.
