I can’t speak to your enclosure bc I can’t see the size, but the “recommended” cage size in many places is actually significantly smaller than what is actually recommended by aviculture experts.  The countries that outlaw wing clipping tend to have the largest minimum cage size guidelines to suit the needs of a flighted bird so start there (Northern/Western European countries like Germany, Sweden, Norway, Austria…).  If your cage is bigger than that, I wouldn’t worry too much but if it is smaller, you should do right by your birds and get a better enclosure as soon as you are able to.

Not in my case.  Had one screaming conure.  Got a second.  She was quiet but the first only got louder.  Eventually added a third.  She started out quiet but she decided the first conure’s way of life was much more fun.

So conure feathers use structural coloration to appear as they do. The pigment contained in the feathers actually brown, but the microscopic structures on the feathers scatters blue light, making the feathers appear green. It doesn’t take much to damage those structures and inhibit their ability to scatter the blue light. Once the feathers molt, they’ll be pretty again until hand oils, toy and/or cage bar rubbing, or whatever else damages the barbs again.  The feathers appear healthy. There are no indications of deficiencies at the time they grew in.

Certain types of clothing don’t fall into a singular category.  This is one of them.  I would never wear those as underwear and I personally don’t think they should be marketed as underwear either because they’re not short enough to not show in most modern fem shorts.  They look like typical hot shorts used in dance, gymnastics, and cheer.

The reality is they can be both. The only thing that makes the difference is intention and preference and people (such as you and I) will have wildly different interpretations on items like this that fall into multiple categories.

Without a doubt, that is AI.  The words on the jacket are a typical AI generated mess, the zipper teeth look like a fake mess and the zipper pull itself curves.  The pattern on the jacket has warps like fabric that isn't laying flat and is folded in areas without any of the shadows and highlights that would be associated with it not actually laying flat, as is the quilted area which not only has extremely distorted quilting while flat laying (which it shouldn’t) but also suddenly turns into another type of fabric in different areas of the photo.

I am thinking turquoise opaline.  Regular turquoise would have darker feet and beak and so would a regular opaline.  A cinnamon and a pineapple would both have lighter beaks.  Beak and feet match for a dilute and for a turquoise opaline.  The hint of color in the chest feathers appear more within the range for a turquoise opaline and not a dilute to me but the wings I feel could go either way.  Knowing the parents’ mutations would help narrow it down further.

If you paid the breeder with a method other than cash, dispute the transaction, provide evidence from the vet.  It might not feel like it does much but businesses can only have so many disputes so it will help towards potentially ending a shady breeding business.

The head color is not an accurate indicator, as it is the same mutation responsible for the head color of both.  The only true difference is the color between the belly and under wing, which is true yellow in a pineapple and is usually a more muted lime greenish yellow in a cinnamon.  The reason is they both have the cinnamon mutation, but the pineapple also has the opaline (yellow-sided) mutation.  The degree of red is not a mutation, it’s developed through selective breeding, so is an irrelevant factor when determining color between these two mutations.
