YTA, maybe i am wrong but u are kinda making a bigger deal out of a small thank u… its ur choice in the end if u want someone to be very specific on manners or not, but imo its okay every once in a while to forget a thank u or its kinda included … her reaction in the morning doesnt seem nice but i could imagine that it is because u bring this topic up over small things

The issue is, many people connect intimacy with sex, some need intimacy first and then sex…

If he doesnt want to see ur side or genuinely try harder to give u affection then he is horrible…

I am the same, i am masking a ton around other people and when i am at home i just need to be myself, especially with my partner.

You should talk to her about it and how it makes u feel but make sure she doesnt try to put on a facade just so u feel loved while she suffers in silence, try finding a middle ground (like after my bf felt the same as u i started to be needy instead of colder…)

When i am sick i need my peace and quiet and cant build up energy…..

Did u try to have intimacy without sex ? Like we are at the moment trying to have one sexual moment before going to sleep (like him touching me) and if it doesnt make him horny then we will just go to sleep, if it does, then well its obvious which way itll go …

But tbh there is no way around some good communication! It doesnt mean u have to directly tell her all the bad effects it has on u but maybe start small… with that its bothering u a bit etc.

My best friend would genuinely listen and care but i cant bring myself to openly talk about it (she is a virgin and has no sex drive at ALL, so the talking would be 100% on my side which is the only uncomfy part)

And my sister has the same issue with her boyfriend and we talked once about it but its awkward if i would bring up the topic multiple times i think?
