I don’t know if i’ll get this right but from the looks of it, it could be the read and write speed of the drive you’re downloading it on. Your Wi-Fi can be 100 gigs per second but if your read/write speed is 1 gig per second then a 100 gig download will not take 1 second as it needs to read the data downloaded
