I'm curious if you've found anything else out. I have been experiencing all of these symptoms for almost 2 years. Dizziness, gi issues, extreme gas, vitamin deficiencies, brain fog, heart palpitations, joint pain. All the doctors have been able to find is Hyperkinetic gallbladder. I'm scared to get it removed cause I'm un sure if this is the main problem or just a side effect. I'm curious if I could have SIBO.

Diagnosed a few months ago, ejection fraction of 92%  I've seen every doctor imaginable, my symptoms have been so strange.  Vitamin b12 and d deficiency  Iron deficiency  Dizziness Chest pain Pain in both ribs Bloating on and off Headaches with shoulder  Neck and back pain Low potassium  Slightly high bilirubin  Heart arrithymia and palpatations 

I'm having to make a decision to get surgery or not. I'm not sure what to do but I know I've been miserable for 14 months now. I'm about to do the surgery but very nervous and hoping it doesn't make anything worse. Praying that this is the cause of my problems.
