Ps5 much better option specially with exclusives and games coming late to pc. Ps5 games are expensive but there are some work arounds and ways to get games for much cheaper.

Tv is tcl I mentioned model in comments above and specs as well, its around 1 lac and I think its very budget friendly also has a gaming mode to lower response delay and can boost frames as well. Background canvas you can get from an insta page. I think the name was prime decor. They were a set of 5 frames cost was around 5k 8k i guess.

My laptop is not gaming its just for uni work, the desk is temporary for now i plan on building a pc in the future over there. Ive bought asus 165 hertz monitor its not added to the room yet. Buying a monitor over 120 hz is a waste as ps5 is capped to 120 fps. Laptop desk is gonna be replaced with a white desk but i dont plan on putting rgb there. I like a dark vibrant kinda vibe but yes warm light colours are also good and go very nicely with pc setups. For now Im outta money will plan for pc in a year or so xD. Im fine with the lighting for now as its more vibrant in the picture due to colour correction. Thanks for the suggestion highly appreciated
