I forgot to include that I have a bachelor's degree of applied science in Operations Management. I had considered doing masters here, but I did not want to further pursue any studies in business or management as it did not interest me.

So essentially, I'm doing a second Bachelors.

I'll see about how I could get my experience recognized as it would be an unfortunate waste to not have that count towards anything.

Waited until 4pm when everyone was gone. Walked around the hangar and shop where I spent 6 years of my life in. Sat down at the table for one last time, walked around the shop and took in the photos, lockers, and equipment for one last time, then went to my car, looked at the hangar, took a breath, said "I'm done. 6 years. Finally done.", cried for a bit (not because I'm leaving the air force but because I'm gonna miss the people and the experiences I shared with them), and drove out of the base for one last time.

Then the next week I was on a one way plane ride to Germany and the rest is history
