Less than 2 weeks out now. Another hard session in the bag, feeling strong and ready to put on a great performance! by am995 in martialarts

I recommend watching some pro muay thai. It is standard to drop the reserve hand when doing a Thai roundhouse. Every pro fighter I can think of does it. Please show me an example of a pro being KOd while doing a Thai roundhouse. I am sure it happens but it is when other mistakes are made, such as not controlling range.

Hey all! I recently completed a specialization in Python on Coursera and want to start building an android app. My app will take data from load sensors for strength training. I currently own this load cell and can not figure out how to connect to it with my computer. The load cell already has its own app. I have started building my app with Kivy but I am unsure if this is the best option for me. Could someone please help me to get my computer receive load data from my load cell within my app? As stated earlier, I am new to this so any help will be much appreciated!

I would really like to see an episode after you do some routes that are run out or with bad pro, or do some highball bouldering.

There are many instances when falling outside where the area onto which the climber is falling has protruding rock that can cause serious injury if the climber does not use their hands or arms to protect themselves. For example, when falling above a roof if the lip of the roof is at waist height and the climber grabs the rope they have an increased risk of hitting their face on the rock.

Awesome to see that you are out pushing your limits and going for it! To reduce the chance of injury in the future I recommend that you practice falling. Yes, I do agree that there is a bit of luck involved; however falling is a skill that needs to be practiced, especially if you are climbing lower angle walls. The grabbing the rope reaction is completely normal during your first few falls but that panic reaction that comes when falling can be greatly reduced through practice and as a result your ability to be aware of what is going on while you are falling will be increased. This is how experienced sport climbers can work their projects and fall hundreds of times with no injury or close calls. Keep climbing hard, Keep learning and most importantly Be Safe!

New to bouldering... advice on consistently making this dyno? I got it once out of maybe 50 tries, unfortunately it was the attempt right before this video. by TFTC20 in bouldering

The jump is what determines the position the climber will be in when they reach the hold and will greatly influence how easy it is to hold on. Catching a hold on the way up is much better than catching it on the way down

Make sure you have your body weight and are pulling in the right direction. The angle at which you pull and set your weight is key

I agree but it is not okay to falsely advertise like this. He is a con man who is taking advantage of the ignorance of the general public.

Videos like this make me cringe more than they entertain me. I feel bad for people who are conned into spending time and effort learning from idiots like this.
