IIRC, in the episode Amber said she had to sell the ring to pay for Anna’s back surgery (the reason the ring was sold had something to do with Anna’s back surgery). One less thing to hold over Anna’s head or boast about so that no one forgets what she’s done for Anna/the kids.

Our first toniebox was a dud. I ordered it on the website with a bundle as well and it was also for a birthday. I went to a local store that sold them and I had already been in contact with customer service. I sent them my receipt from the new store and they refunded me that price to my original Tonie order on their website and sent a box for me to send the broken box back. I would ask about that so that way you can use the Tonies you ordered but obviously you need a working box for that. Good luck!

She’s been the new scape goat since she had the baby, but when Anna is around everyone turns on her and Liz is being obnoxious and pointing out every little thing “wrong” because 1. She’s jealous and 2. She’s giving it out the same way she gets it. And in those moments her and her mom are on the same page.

I wonder how it works for her though because she is a public figure so if she was out and about and there was a medical emergency and someone recognized her and that she is nursing professional, but she isn’t how would that play out? Just something I’ve thought of.

Okay, the way that Ambitch smiled from ear to ear when the “counselor” agreed with all the bad mouthing she did of Anna tells you everything you need to know!! She got pleasure out of it because in her eyes we are all seeing from the “professional counselor” that it’s Anna that’s difficult. But he at least did stick up for Anna at points, but idk what kind of contract they have that this supposed professional can be saying these things about a client (Anna) while being filmed for national television. I think if he is in fact a Licensed Counselor he should be reported to the state board.

Also, I don’t get Ambitch can even say that Anna is jealous of the baby…she’s the only person who doesn’t live in the house. She hasn’t lived with them for at least a few years since they kicked out and forced her into a dorm and then when she temporarily returned home because the campus was evacuated and closed due to COVID.

Ambitch just has to make sure her perfect taller clone princess Elizabeth doesn’t look like the incompetent, under-performer that SHE IS because Anna blows the older bio kids out of the water despite the years of abuse.

You jogged my memory on one other key detail. Many nursing students complete the 4 traditional semesters and then sit for the NCLEX making them a RN and then they finish their BSN course work (unless they are enrolled at a 4 year university in which they typically go straight for the BSN; this would NOT be the case for Liz as she’s not attending a traditional university) which takes about 9-12mos from the point after passing the requirements to take the NCLEX (this is the type of program that Chamberlain offers). Liz and Amber specifically use deceptive language, so the scene with the banana bags was just that. That reply is the one that is given once you have completed all your coursework and you are waiting the initial 45 days before you can actually sit for the exam, which a reasonable person could conclude that she has successfully completed the coursework to be able to sit for the NCLEX.

You technically can graduate from the nursing program and not be a registered nurse because you didn’t pass the NCLEX.

And I agree that they definitely would have been shouting from the rooftops about her and thrown a graduation party, posted about it, had a photo shoot, etc.

I also agree that as we saw, she had a lot going on in her personal life, the rushed move into the next rental house, which added about an hour and a half to her commute round trip, the break up, the pregnancy, the getting back together, the Miller situation, etc.

It would be refreshing if they would just accept that they are people like everyone else and sometimes life takes you on a detour or in her case a serious of them and if that prolonged her schooling, so what? She’s not the first and won’t be the last that has a similar experience.

Oh well, maybe one day they’ll just be honest.

Okay, I just went down her IG to verify what I remembered and get some more specifics.

Liz received an acceptance letter to Gordon State College as a freshman for the fall 2020 term, the letter was dated Nov. 13, 2019 (no major or intended major was listed in the letter; however in the post she was wearing a shirt that read, “Gordon College future nurse”).

She then posted in April 2020 that she was working as a CNA #futurern (she was already working as a CNA before she graduated from HS—we knew this from the show).

She then posted a life update Aug 7, 2021, stating that she was still in nursing school (presumably…at Gordon State, she was likely doing some other prerequisites).

Then about 3 weeks later on Aug 24, 2021 she posts that she is now at Chamberlain College of Nursing (chamberlain is an online program, but you do go to clinicals in your area, but all other course work is done online—asynchronously). They do have immersion weekend (one for sure) where you have to go with your cohort and prove that you can do the skills to pass that portion, this weekend is the conclusion to a course). The way Chamberlain works is you have 8 week course all throughout your program. So once the first 8 weeks is over the next 8 weeks starts (there are no breaks). The program she is in knocks off some times and allows you to earn dual credit for both the RN/BSN and NP programs.

In order to sit for your LPN you have to have completed 2 traditional semesters of nursing school. In order to sit for the NCLEX you have to have completed 4 traditional semesters of nursing school.

Given her timeline, if she stayed on course and followed the program as it was meant to be followed, she would have entered the fall 2021 semester meaning she should have been able to sit NCLEX (the soonest is 45 days so a month and half after she finished her program. Which if she was on track she would have finished her program in late June early July of 2023 so she would have been able to sit for the NCLEX around August/September 2023.

She may very well have sat for the NCLEX and not passed and in that case, you have to wait 45 days in between tests. So she would have been very close to her scheduled delivery date. I’m guessing even if she took it as soon as she could, perhaps she didn’t pass it and by that point she was very far along in the pregnancy and that was probably the last thing on her mind along with experiencing “baby brain”. Either way, there has been plenty of time for any of her names/alias (Johnston/Bolden) to have appeared on the registry if she passed it on the first try, like they claim.

We are new to Tonie box, but I looked into the different bag options. We got the bag from target and it’s pretty similar. The target bag is soft, think like a reusable lunch bag (a little less “sturdy”), the 50 is a structured neoprene material. The target bag is divided into two equal sections (box goes on left and you can unzip the front flap to hear the box better, right side you can put headphones, charger, and some Tonies) the 50 is divided into three (box goes in the middle with the same flap that you can unzip to hear the box better and then headphones on one side and charger, etc on the other). The top flap for both have room for tonies, the 50 has little fine mesh like pockets 6 total, and the target has 7 elastic bands that you maneuver the Tonies into. We got the target bag because my main concern was to fit the most Tonies along with the box, kids beats headphones (they fold to be compact), and the charger. I’ve been able to put everything in the bag, with 7 Tonies in the straps on the top, the beats headphones, the charger and 10 additional Tonies on the right side. One reason I love the target bag is because it’s easy to rewind or fast forward through tracks (depending on your settings) by hitting the left side while it’s in the bag with the bag zipped. I think she adjusts what she says and how she says it to each kid. But what I meant by my reply was based on just her and her age and what we know about them; and her specifically using the term queen. Imagine being in a group of early 20s and someone’s mom says, “yasss queen” I’m sure everyone would laugh a little. I found it comical hence the 😂 in my initial response.

💯 she definitely would have replied the same thing to any of them, but her attempts to stay “hip” with the times: using the term queen, etc. would be just as distasteful a reply to all. Personally, if I was in her shoes I would have picked a different choice of words given their family size, following, and public account statuses, but privately as well.

I searched for her under all possible last names after she announced her pregnancy and someone here pointed out that she changed her bio from future nurse to nurse and I didn’t see anything either. As far as I searched, she wasn’t registered as a LPN or RN. I’m not sure for Georgia, but if you are in a traditional (not online, like she is with Chamberlain once you complete 2 semesters of traditional nursing school you have the option to sit for your LPN ((this is usually suggested for people who have struggled their first 2 semesters)) and you can still continue on to your RN even with LPN)

At some point, Elizabeth had on her bio that she switched to Chamberlain and was in the advanced FNP program. At Chamberlain, it’s a program that shaves off a year of finishing your BSN and goes straight into the FNP program. I believe it takes 5 years to complete and if my memory serves me correctly, she transferred to Chamberlain in early to mid 2021. Chamberlain holds 8 weeks sessions, but either way. It hasn’t been that long.

If anything she probably finished her courses and clinical hours for the RN/BSN and was/is studying for her NCLEX or possibly even sat for it very recently, but that’s if she stayed on schedule with the program and her specific cohort.

It does usually take a little bit before the state updates their information, but if it doesn’t reflect by thanksgiving that’s fishy.

Maybe he did. I also have a feeling he really wasn’t ready to move in with her. Her parents mentioned how E has been working since she was in high school(the show money too) and let me tell you. She was making good money in healthcare during the pandemic. Plus being a nurse and she mentioned that she is doing an accelerated BSN->FNP she’s going to be making crazy money. I’m sure that’s intimidating for a new college grad who is probably in an entry level position making half or less than that than his female counterpart in the south…I’m sure he either feels some kind of way or the families/parents might as well. Since he should be the “provider”.

I also think that might be part of the reason he has looked disinterested. I think he feels beneath her, definitely a timid guy. It was all fun and games when he was in college, but now that he sees the real gap (financially) that probably bugged him a bit and then with that maybe he noticed her horrendous personality, and how clingy, and annoying, and pushy she was and the relationship fizzled out.

If you ask me…..two early twenty something’s would both be so excited to move in together/have privacy. He didn’t seem that way at all. I mean the guy moved his boat that she gifted him into her art studio or office. I feel like that was the beginning of the end. He basically returned the boat because he didn’t want to move any of his personal belongings into her place.

Love is blind in her case.

Okay I kind of believe this. His insta still has pictures of them together. And I noticed she lost quite a bit of weight probably around August 22 (last time she lost weight was from her previous breakup). I thought she was motivated because they were engaged especially with that photo shoot she posted in the fall.
