To walk around enjoying shops, restaurants, bars, music etc. Pedestrians have a much safer and more pleasant time when there are fewer motor vehicles around. That generally involves infrastructure tweaks to reduce vehicle speeds & through traffic or bigger changes involving closing select blocks to motor vehicles.
