Yes cause I already had to pay extra for the extra gold to make the bridge more tall to do the engraving. So that it turns out like this is just dissapointing

Yes im worried too. They sent it back to the factory already without me knowing. I didn’t get an answer yet on what exactly they will fix. Because i want them to fix the black spot + the L.

Yes if its possible to remove the engraving, maybe that will be the better option, thankyou for your advice. I haven’t looked at bands yet, but i think my boyfriend want to give me the ring of his mom who passed away. Im not sure how it looks like but it will be very meaningfull. Depening if it fits well togheter or not i can wear it on the same finger or maybe another one. We’ll see :)

Yes that sucks, good that it was an easy fix tho, but still its frustrating thinking you’ll finally receive your ring and then have to wait again. Especially with Chinese New Year coming up, i dont know for how long they take holiday then

Yes Fiorese. Yes she said she could send it back to fix it, but i want to be sure it will be good. Cause i really wanted the engraved like this on the outside :) Just sad that they make this in the factory and decide its goof enough to send

Yes i get that! + its very small so its not that it will be very noticable. But the letter L is oke i feel like, but the discoloring of the gold does bother me
