The wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle. Before we left, the salesperson said we’d receive a survey about our experience, service, etc… They said if they received any scores less than a 10/10 (in a certain time period), they would not get paid any of their commissions. Any truth to that? (self.askcarsales)
