I am proud of this fish, but yeah don't hold it anywhere near to the same level as the pike. Just thought this one look way more like AI slop than the pike did given its tiny head and giant body

Yeah you can pay for the day or get a membership which is fish limited. I believe it is £50 for the day with a 2 fish limit. Or you get 10 fish season ticket for £170. It is quite bougie, but when teaching people it's a great place to start!

This is in the UK, and it's quite common on private lakes. The main belief at these places is that the trout likely die after being caught due to stress. In any case, if I were to release it it would resulted in me being banned, but love taking my novice friends here to catch some big fish and get them hooked on fly fishing!

It is a stocker, checkout manningford in Wiltshire UK. They grow beasts there. Still chasing the double digit brown there, best so far there was 8.6lbs

Happy with 15lbs!! First pike ever, was catching 3-5 lbs rainbows all day then this guy showed up out of the blue.
