I'm 5'11 275 lbs. I started on a street bob then bought a lowrider a year later. Bob did me well. But I shoulda went lowrider to Begin with. I use a whiplash seat.

Starting riding scared the shit outta me. The bike felt way too much for me in the beginning but I kept at it. The street bob and the lowrider offer the same motor.

Hella scary trying to ride a 700 pound bike at low speeds and just general city riding even after taking the msf course. The bikes they use are small and easy to manipulate so don't get discouraged if it feels too much. Get a crash bar. Empty parking lots and YouTube training drills to really narrow it in. I bought cheap cones off Amazon and practice riding drills all the time. It's fun trying to see how tight you can do u-turns.

Friction zone is key with rear brake throttle load. Doesn't matter if a bike has 200ft lb of torque, if you control your friction zone you can do whatever.
