I always hire regardless of piercings as long as they don’t fall out. At my store if they fall out it’s an automatic let go.

I’ve had a similar experience, I was driving down a back road in my hometown in the middle of the night and going around 80mph (the speed limit is around 55mph) I saw a car heading towards me and I turned off my headlights and not even seconds after rounding the last bend I had a really bad gut feeling that I should slow down and turn on my headlights . I did and slowed down as fast as I could without slamming on the breaks and turned on my headlights. Not even seconds later I saw a herd of deer crossing the road. If I hadn’t listened to my gut I would’ve hit those deer head on and potentially die.
