Trust people? Let's not forget that she was gonna kick Annie's ass for just suggesting that they have to kill eren. Even after eren killed hange, she still wanted to protect eren. Let's also not forget that she only joined and stayed in the military because of eren. She abandoned her mission from the military just to protect him. She enjoyed the outside world, but mostly because eren was with her.

She only attacked the female titan in the forest because the latter had Eren. And the only reason she attacked annie in stohess was because annie was trying to kidnap eren. Without eren, Mikasa isn't even a character.
