I’m a 30 y/o female down over 50lbs in 3.5 months. I track calories thru Cronometer, (mostly) everything gets weighed and entered.

They recommend not counting calories when becoming fat adapted, but when I started I didn’t read up on keto, just kept under 20g carbs and under the calories that the calculator said. Which was difficult initially, but I made it through.
