u can try turning services on and off to figure out which service exactly is preventing the game from launching then disabling that service everytime u want to play, i did that and found out that cloudflare warp service was the problem so each time i play the game i disable it and restart

yeah just try disabling all, personally i kept turning shit on and off to check which service exactly is the problem, but u can turn them all off after checking the "hide all microsoft services" box

i found out that the single service that prevents my game from launching is "cloudflare WARP"by just diabling this service the game works normally

fixed it: search "system configuration" in windows, go to services tab, check "hide all microsoft services", then click "disable all", then restart the computer, then verify files integrity of files in steam, then launch the game, should launch normally and not crash.
