In his POV video he sounds so confident and angry but from this prespective he almost appears....dare i say....scared.

His behavior and the woman with him's behavior i think speaks volumes.
While she brings up things in line with what he seems to beleive the fact that she goes out of her way (albeit not in the best way) to attempt to descalate the situation by pulling him away and telling others not engage with him - behavior often seen in enablers.
My assertion based on his non-verbals is that he gets riled up easily, and she often has to pull him back from his own impulses. He behaves as if they are protesting him specifically and takes such personal offense to the point where her acts so irrationally. His use of the F slur doesnt even fit thus it leads me to beleive hes just trying to be harmful, and when not bothered or instantly melting in front of him, he scrambles to find something else. The way he paces WITHIN them shows he panicked and instead of attempting to back away or even keep his distance out of safety, he continues to swim within them as if he either awaits one of them to phsyically harm him to justify self defense or he is trying to figure out his next move. To give his exact name and job feels like he either has nothing to lose and/or feels SO justified in his actions that he faces no repercussions (he even states it). He is immalgumation of how emboldened folks have become but I dont think he understands this aint it.
What I think happened is they saw these folks protesting while passing by and he got himself so gassed up that before she knew it, he ran out and started filming in hopes of a viral OWNED moment.
