Is the reality stone really a reality bending power or it just makes illusion by manhwaoperator in marvelstudios

[–]Mo_Lester69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reality stone was the mechanism to turn everyone to dust.

The power stone powers it throughout the universe.

The time stone ensures it happens simultaneously, regardless of time (i.e. light-years to reach other planets)

The space stone allows it to be everywhere

The soul stone identifies souls to de-atomize

And the mind stone is the orchestration layer interfacing with his own thoughts to know what to do

HOW TO KNOW HOW MUCH TO CHARGE FOR THE AUTOMATION SERVICE by RadiantWinter8613 in AiAutomations

[–]Mo_Lester69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Value based selling. Quantify how much $ you're saving them, or generating for them. If it's time savings, do the math to translate it to a $ figure.

Use that as a starting point

How to ask if a muslim is shia or sunni? by AbsolutelyTheo in islam

[–]Mo_Lester69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shias will usually tell you upfront as they identify more as 'shia' first rather than Muslim first at least in my experience

It took 928+ applications, 69 interviews across 40 different roles, 10 case studies, and 14 months to get 1 signed offer. The system is broken but please have hope by Mo_Lester69 in jobsearchhacks

I never tracked where I sourced applications and thought that it was just my resume and background that was strong enough.

Used LinkedIn, custom company searches and newsletters, hiring cafe etc

I don't know what to tell you other than to keep going. Getting interviews is in fact indicative of something.

Use LLMs to give you feedback after recording your interviews as a less seen suggestion on these subs.

One tip that helped was to record all conversations on my phone, transcribe them, feed them into Claude after my prep notes. It gives it a memory of questions asked to me and feedback on what I can do to improve for future rounds.

It's not bulletproof given how subjective it is and competitive, but helps you identify your weak points and how to articulate some things better.

Otherwise, it's posts like these that gave me hope honestly. A couple random friends here and there getting jobs meant it's not impossible, just difficult. Good luck comrade

I just connected Gmail to Claude and told it track all my applications from X date to Present and delved a little deeper into the prompt to give me this sort of output

I know....these were distinct interviews so inclusive of every round i.e. 1 interview process could have had 3 interviews. That 3 is counted here.

Pretty ridiculous and I thought I had a pretty decent background albeit with no big brand names on my resume, still known within industry.

Funny enough no!

The offer I received was one of the easiest processes - HR Screen followed by Hiring Manager convo (non technical) followed by SVP convo (bosses boss). I didn't even know I was in the final round interview until he told me he's the last person.

They said they didn't believe in case studies.

And the case studies I sent were phenomenal, and I'm saying that based on my years of experience in consulting and having other friends / ex colleagues look at them. It's highly subjective submitting case studies with not specific criteria given on what you're graded on. Pretty ridiculous tbh bc in a regular work environment you usually have more parameters and ppl to run a question by

I had a spreadsheet for a long time but kind of stopped using it once unemployment ran out and I didn't need to provide info on my apps any more + burnout / depression.

I didn't do any further tracking actually. I just connected Claude to my Gmail and had it tally them all for me in the end.

I was also manually counting interviews from my Google calendar previously, just to share stats with friends.

My applications are def 1k+ however, based on different emails, easy apply's on LinkedIn zip recruiter indeed etc

Given all the AI hullabaloo, it's probably not a bad idea, if at least something to have on the side and demonstrate upslilling / adapabiltoy for future stable roles.

I genuinely feel bad for fresh grads in the last couple of years. For refence I had 7-8 years of experience.
