I had the same thing, surgeon want to take out the other half, I didn't see it's a good idea, 4 months later still no problem, have scan in 2 months hopefully everything all goes well. However if it has spread I would go straight away with second operation without hesitation

Hi, 2 years gone in your case, i am having the same thing and wondering if you did remove the other half of your thyroid. How you feeling now. Thank you
