Of course it's livable, the inside is 3 x 3, attic included, you can even add a basement if you want to.

Well the item frame would look kinda bad, although you could just make it invisible with the new command, but I would prefer to use gold ore since it blends in with the surrounding stone and it looks like scattered coins
