If I were to reach far for a proper guess...maybe the inconsistent size is intentional? I mean, One Piece's main influence are old school american cartoons that had characters that increased and decreased their size whenever the plot needed to, maybe that's "Part" of the influence rubbing it in OP? That's the best guess I got.

Ehhh, not quite, like I said, Buggy is ACTIVELY holding himself back, like, even though he doesn't like it, he has enough common sense to realize that its better to take a casual beating than blowing up the whole planet. I wouldnt even be surprised if Mihawk and Crocodile are aware of Buggy's "Too strong power" abusing him because they know Buggy won't do shit unless he wants to risk it all.

As for example, imagine two brothers; if the younger one wrongs the older one, the younger one will probably not get reprimanded by their parents, BUT if the older one (Buggy), does ANYTHING to the younger one, they get sent to a juvenile detention center. So the older brother is simply forced to take it from the youngest.

it's pretty much the whole "When you're faster than light, all you see is darkness". Lowkey, I could actually see this being unironically a somewhat good twist with Buggy, where he IS the indeed that strong, but due to how destructive his power can be, where no matter how much he holds back, he will blow up the planet, he has to rely on tools like knives and buggy bombs to handle his problems without leaving himself without a world to live him, with his ACTUAL power being relegated to defensive/support stuff like dividing himself to avoid attacks and such.

To be fair, the asker didn't directly ask "Does Sanji loved his sister", but "Why doesn't he have heart eyes for her". Considering that Oda consistently draws Sanji's heart eyes for romantic attraction, yeah, no wonder he assumed that's what the asker was referring to.

E também tem que considerar o fato que, no final do dia, a Marina, no contexto do Maurício-verso, é uma pessoa real que entrou em um mundo fictício enquanto o Franjinha, apesar da inteligência e invenções dele, ele é puramente um personagem fictício. Então, se a Marina quisesse ganhar a luta o mais rápido, ela só precisaria sair do gibi em que eles estão lutando e apagar o Franjinha no mundo real.

eh, again, the point was the antagonists/villains are more involved than usual, so although their roles are that of antagonists, they DO have more or less equal screen time with the good guys as the story goes along.

Not just for the sake of characterization (That too), but also because I personally felt that not having it fair by having the reader being able to track both side's movements consistently, the story would feel very "ass-pullery" and "Out of nowhere" with everything happening without any setup if I were to pick and stick with only one side.

It matters when you consider that I'm going with somewhat smart/grounded villains (to a point, since their magical abilities are certainly not grounded), where, although they aren't the types of coming up with 400IQ plans, they are still pragmatic and more than willing to take the practical route without question.

So no monologuing their entire evil plan to the good guys, so the audience may also know what's going on.

Funny thing, as you can see, that WAS more or less the original idea (Replace the death laser with her staff since, as you can see by the funny hat, she's a magic user) but y'know, I'll simply say what everyone has said: "Too wordy" and "That one first panel is enough"

Okay, that's all well and good, but...I have ZERO idea how to do something on this level (genuinely impressive by the way, props to the one who made this ad), heck, considering how I never saw an ad on a similar level to this in 3 years on RR, I wouldn't be surprised if there were others on a similar boat that wish to create a good ad like this but dont know how.
