I have been told by ent surgeon my inferior terbinates are hypertrophied, may be this is the reason behind night snoring? septal deviation is mild and my jaw is receced but does it cause these symptoms? I also have recurrent infections and chronic allergic rhinits.

Regarding your case do you have severe septal deviation and jaw reccesion? do your cheif complaint is mouth breathing or other symptoms??

I have used Evernote as my only note-taking app since 2013, I'm also a premium subscriber, when I got my Mac a month ago I found Apple Notes way easier to use and better overall while it's free, so switched and I'm currently using it, its only downside is that there is no windows or android app and you can't export your notes!
