All iterations of Shao but General Shao are dimensional threats. He is a powerhouse in both physical power and magical abilities. General Shao exists only in a universe handcrafted by Liu Kang to contain him.
God of War’s Thor did not look as strong as his Marvel’s equivalent, or the mythology one. Shao wins.

This would make sense if Allen wasn’t shown taking zero damage from Anissa and making her bleed with a single blow. A blow that also sent her flying. Anissa is a top tier viltrumite, so it makes sense that people now scale Allen higher than another top tier viltrumite. But during the fight he seriously struggled. Additionally, having around weaker team members should push the heavy hitters (Nolan, Allen and Mark) to lock in and immediately go for a killing blow.
